TEDxNangan由三位專業互補的核心領導者共同推動：授權持有人暨首席召集人謝明君、策展人暨策略總監江麟，以及地方共同召集人暨社群總監劉家國。三人分別從組織與人才系統、文化場域與內容策展、地方知識與公共對話切入，建立一個從南竿出發、以島嶼經驗回應全球問題的獨立思想平台。TEDxNangan不只是把世界的觀點帶到馬祖，更要讓在馬祖形成的觀點進入世界。
TEDxNangan is led by three complementary leaders whose work is deeply rooted in Matsu: Ming-Chun Hsieh, Licensee and Lead Organizer; Chiang, Lin, Curator and Strategy Lead; and Liu Chia-Kuo, Local Co-organizer and Community Lead. Together, they connect institutional stewardship, place-based cultural practice, and civic dialogue to create an independently organized platform where ideas formed through island experience can address questions of global relevance. TEDxNangan does not simply bring global ideas to an island; it brings ideas formed on an island into global conversation.
